                How do I check the status of my order?

                When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours from the time of purchase for the tracking information to become available. 

                If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@blissoralcare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

                Refunds, Returns & Exchange

                We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

                In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or message us as soon as possible at hello@blissoralcare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Notifications must be received within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our upmost best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

                We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. It is Bliss's intention to satisfy all of our customers and for any reason, you wish to exchange your unopened merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of purchase.
